Who is in charge if your technology breaks down?

One of the things that instantly impressed us about EBS is their ability and willingness to manage all of our technology vendors and be the liaison between our medical software provider and us. This has allowed us to stop worrying about computer problems and focus more on our core business. It truly gives us piece of mind to be able to turn over an issue to EBS and know it will be handled quickly and professionally

When we were hit with a “ransom ware” attack a few months back, Electronic Brain Solutions staff worked tirelessly, night and ay to get our organization up and running as if nothing had happened. I feel confident in saying that, without EBS, we would have had a lot more headaches!

Besides being a nice person with an engaging personality, Doug seems to be very knowledgeable and he helps us keep up to date. About a year-and-a-half ago during an electric storm we lost the hard drive on our server and two weeks worth of data in the process. Doug worked doggedly and pleasantly and helped us to get up and running with a minimum of fuss and expense. Having worked with other IT people in the past, I feared the worst during this process but we ended up getting the best. When he had finished, our system was running better than ever.
